The ADP Education is a two-year associate degree program designed to provide students with a practical foundation in teaching, learning, and educational practice. The program introduces key areas such as educational psychology, teaching methods, classroom management, curriculum basics, assessment, and learner development.
Students develop essential teaching and communication skills through classroom activities, practical learning, and exposure to real educational settings. The program prepares graduates for entry-level roles in schools and educational organizations and also provides a pathway for further study in Education or related disciplines, subject to university admission and credit-transfer policies.
